  Chief Architect offers both generic and name-brand catalogues for download. The available catalogues continue to grow and are typically refreshed on a monthly basis. Some exciting new name-brand catalogues will be offered when X2 is released.

Will I receive a free upgrade to X2 if I have SSA?
Yes, and if you keep your subscription current you will always receive the most recent version of the software.

With SSA how do I access the videos, catalogues and updates?
When you sign up for SSA you will receive a login for an online account where you can access these services.

Is SSA optional?
Yes it is optional. Chief Architect can be purchased without it.

If I don't purchase SSA what differences will I notice with X2?
The software includes free updates for 6 months following the latest version release date.
There is no annual subscription fee if you choose not to purchase SSA.
You will receive free online technical support and basic support for 30 days from the date of your purchase.
You are able to purchase the individual services (support, catalogue downloads, video training series) offered in SSA separately.

What if I choose not to renew my SSA subscription in the second year but wish to renew when a new version is released:
While it is optional to pay for SSA annually, when a new version is released it will be more expensive if your subscription isn't kept current. In addition your SSA services will not be available.
